Returns Management

Any return request must be authorized by Baby In srl; all unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Any RETURN or EXCHANGE OF GOODS must always be carried out within a maximum of 30 days from delivery, with the goods in the same condition as received, therefore including the original packaging, accessories, instructions and any other items originally contained in the package. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, as well as the risk of damage, loss, misplacement or any other issue (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 of 6 September 2005).

In the event of DEFECTIVE GOODS, the costs of replacement, repair and shipping will be borne by Baby In srl. The goods must be returned in the same condition as received, therefore including the original packaging, accessories, instructions and any other items.

The goods are considered returned upon our receipt of the package.

In any case, the goods must be shipped to: Baby In srl, via Lorenzo Cariglia, 40 – 71122 – Foggia.

If you used a credit card or prepaid card for payment, the amount will be credited directly back to the card. Otherwise, please provide the bank account details for the refund (Account holder, IBAN).

The refund will be issued for the value of the product purchased from Baby In srl within the 14 days required by law, and you will be notified by email.

All products purchased on this website are subject to shipping contracts. This means that the risk of loss of these products passes to you after we have handed the package over to the courier.

In any case, the right to return will be forfeited in the following cases:

Lack of the essential condition of integrity of the item (packaging and/or its contents)

Even partial use of the item and any consumable materials

Missing external packaging and/or original internal packaging

Missing components that are an integral part of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts…)

Damage to the product due to causes other than transport. In the cases listed above, Baby In srl will reject the returned item and send it back to the sender.
